Christmas Gift Sharing

As we are blessed with abundance, we want to reach out to others in our community and brighten their holidays. One way we help others is through our Christmas Gift Sharing Program. Redeemer’s Human Concerns Ministry works with many individuals, families, and organizations throughout the year and provides a wish list of items for Christmas Gift Sharing tags, which will then be placed on the Christmas trees to be picked up by parishioners who wish to purchase the item.

For Christmas 2010, the sponsored organizations included families with children living with AIDS from MCV, Redeemer’s Haiti Ministry, Fan Free Clinic, Freedom House, Hanover Resource Mother, Soldiers Angels and Hanover Safe House, Noah’s Children and Safe Harbor. Through the Christmas Gift Sharing Program, Redeemer’s mission to “make God's presence known by using our gifts to spread love” is fulfilled.
